Our scope turned on to the new generation of lathe chuck jaws after creating an absolutely new and revolutionary design. We are constantly looking for new opportunities with companies all around the world to let people have a chance and feel what it is like when you do not need to throw the jaws away and spending money for another one after they have been used on something that might not come back again.
The testing was on for more than 1 year before creating the first product for the customers. We were testing these type of jaws with small (100pcs) to medium (2000pcs) run productions. We are using them for prototyping as well as production because they work just as well. This Patent Pending design allows the user much more freedom of choice when it comes to clamping. The design was that good the people who had the chance to use it did not want to go back to the conventional soft jaws again.
